Full Moon Floats 2025 Arizona event is a self-guided tour! Reserve your kayaks or paddleboards for one day below. Each time we gather for the Full Moon Floats, the kayaking and paddleboarding community meets at Butcher Jones Recreation Site from 5 pm to 10 pm. The desert scenery under the full moon is stunning, and the glow sticks add a magical aura of light. It’s a breathtaking experience, perfect for a romantic date or a fun outing with friends and family!
If you have your own equipment, no problem! Simply select “I’ll bring my own stuff” below and join in the fun on the lake.

Pick Up Your Gear
Meet us at our shop to collect your kayak or paddleboard, life jackets, paddles, glow sticks, safety lights, and water bottles. We’ll assist you in loading and securing everything to your vehicle using our universal rack and tie-down straps.Join the Glow Float
Paddle alongside other kayakers and paddleboarders under the full moon. While most participants meet at Butcher Jones Recreation Site, you’re free to choose any location for your adventure.Return Your Gear
Once your outing is over, simply return your equipment to the shop between 8:30 pm and 10 pm.
