Return and Refund Policy for AZ Kayaks

We strive to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction. While we rarely encounter dissatisfied customers, we are more than willing to work with anyone who feels the need to request a refund. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or rental, we invite you to review our return and refund policy.
The following terms apply to any products or rentals purchased from us.
The following terms are defined with capitalized words to clarify their meaning. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.
You can cancel your order before your pickup time without providing a reason. However, the cancellation deadline is 48 hours before you receive the Goods.

We do not offer refunds for orders. However, we will hold a credit in your account, which you can use on another day, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. We will work with you to reschedule your rental based on availability.

You are responsible for returning the Goods to us in person at our shop:

If we suspect the Goods will be lost or stolen, we may charge the card on file. If the Goods are returned in good condition, we will refund the charged amount, minus the rental fee for the number of days the items were unavailable.
We are not responsible for retrieving lost items and may decline such requests. If we agree to pick up the Goods, a $70 charge will be applied.
Group rentals include events like Full Moon Floats, Glow Floats, and Yoga Floats. These rentals require significant coordination and customer service, so they are non-refundable. However, if the weather becomes unsafe, we will allow you to reschedule within 12 days at no additional charge. Please inform us of your preferred date, and we will work around our availability. Note that switching to a future group rental is not permitted.
